Friendly staff assistance

It was in a convenient location close to restaurants and bars. The staff were exceptionally helpful, useful, would love to come back here some time. We ate at a good restaurant for a modest price.

It's cheap, close to centre, always silence in corridor.

The room I stayed in at Viktorija had a charming retro vibe, with some classic Soviet-style decor that gave it a unique character. The bed offered great comfort. I slept soundly each night. The bathroom was clean, and I appreciated the hot water and strong pressure during showers. Location-wise, it was a quick 10-minute walk to the Old Town, made exploring the city easy. I did face some noise issues from the street outside during busier times, especially on weekends. The room lacked air conditioning or a fan. Staff were generally helpful, assisting me with a few inquiries about local sights. A minor inconvenience was the age of some furniture. Viktorija provides good value for the price, especially for those who prioritize location and budget over luxury.

My room was clean with a comfortable large bed and quality linens. The location is a short walk to the center and surrounded by lovely parks. The staff were accommodating and there was good WiFi. I'd definitely stay again!

The staff solved our problem with our first room, we had another one. We got also a ventilator.

Nice location and nice building. Not far from old town. Hotel is located on one from main and old (buildings age is 1900-1920) streets. It's easy to take historical center by trolley or tram. Silence in room. Nice view from window.

Someone of staff had not information about town transport system.

Amazing location with loads of charm! The staff was super nice and they even let me check in early. Just a bit noisy at night though, hard to sleep 😅

The room was equipped with a fan which helped . We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the family room, perfect for us with our newborn baby.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered a play area for kids.

Good location, 10 minute walk from train station, 15 from Old Town. Very friendly staff. We were allowed to leave a car in the parking a few days after we checked out. Breakfasts are fine.

It was a bit cold because the room was huge, but there is a heater in ever room
